The location right next to the cathedral is absolutely perfect for a visit to Bologna and that is all that matters to be honest as everything is literally on your doorstep. It’s also quiet, slightly quirky and the rooms very comfortable - we loved it!

Fabulous location for a trip to Bologna located about 100 metres from the main square. Breakfast was great and plenty of restaurants in the local vicinity.

Everything was amazing. One of the most beautiful room I have spent a night in. The room was decorated with ancient frescoes and historical artifacts. The room offered several views on the cathedral on the other side of the street, the landmark views were outstanding. Location could not be better as it is in the very very center. Staff helpful they even advised something special for kids. The hotel is full of artworks and historical items which makes it super beautiful. The breakfast was one of the most delicious I had recently. Fresh, a lot of various meals and quality products. Just go for it without any restriction !

We loved the location right off of Piazza Maggiore. It was a convenient spot to walk and explore. The breakfast was an expansive layout of food with lots to choose from. I loved that you could place an order for whatever coffee drink you wanted and it was made for you right then. Excellent cappuccino as you would expect in Italy.

The location, just off Piazza Maggiore, could't be better. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in both a normal room and one of the apartments they have in the same building (though with a different entrance) -- both were excellent. The breakfast is very good. All in all highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly. We could not have asked for a better location, it is steps from the piazza. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was like no other hotel we have stayed at. Simply magnificent hotel and I highly recommend it to others.
